This document is a placeholder template prepared by Savunda for the demo build. Final language must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public launch. Last reviewed by counsel: pending.

By using https://savunda.com or any service operated by Savunda LLC ("Savunda", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a booking. Travellers under 18 are welcome on safari and on family-friendly Kilimanjaro routes, but a parent or legal guardian must be the contracting party and accompany them on the trip.

Savunda designs and operates guide-led safaris in the northern and southern circuits of Tanzania, KPAP-compliant Kilimanjaro climbs, beach packages in Zanzibar, and short day-trips around Arusha. We publish itineraries, accept booking requests, take payment, and coordinate the camps, lodges, vehicles, guides and porters that make each trip happen.

Pricing, availability and itinerary detail published on the site are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

Bookings are governed by our booking conditions, which form part of these terms. In summary: a 25% deposit confirms your trip, the balance is due 60 days before departure, and prices are quoted in US dollars. Refund rules are set out in our refund policy.

When you submit a review, testimonial, photo, or comment to https://savunda.com you grant Savunda LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to display, reproduce, edit for length and clarity, and republish that content in connection with our marketing — on the site, in newsletters, on social media, and in printed brochures.

You confirm that the content is your own work (or that you have the right to grant this licence), that it is truthful, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content that is defamatory, abusive, off-topic, or fraudulent.

All site content not contributed by users — text, photographs, illustrations, maps, itineraries, route notes, our brand marks, and the underlying code — is owned by Savunda LLC or licensed to us. You may share links to our pages on social media or in personal correspondence. You may not republish substantial portions of the site, scrape it, or use our content to train machine-learning models without our written consent.

Safari travel involves inherent risks. Wildlife is wild and unpredictable; weather, road conditions and river crossings change daily; aircraft schedules in remote bush airstrips are affected by visibility and government priority traffic; political and public-health conditions can shift with little notice.

We do not guarantee any specific wildlife sighting, summit success on Kilimanjaro, particular accommodation upgrades, or any outcome that depends on circumstances beyond our control. Our role is to plan well, brief you thoroughly, and execute with experienced guides and reliable partners.

The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the site or any trip is capped at the total fees you have paid us for the trip in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savunda LLC, its staff, guides, and partners from any third-party claim arising out of your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any other person's rights — for example, defamatory content you post or copyright material you upload without permission.

The laws of Tanzania govern trip operations, on-the-ground services, and any claim relating to events that occurred during a trip. The laws of USA govern company-entity matters, including these terms as a whole and any payment dispute.

Where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence give you stronger rights, those laws apply.

If something goes wrong, please tell us first. Email hello@savunda.com and we will try to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to binding arbitration under the rules of a reputable international arbitration body, seated in USA, conducted in English. Each party bears its own legal costs. You retain the right to bring a claim in small-claims court where eligible.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced through a banner on the site or by email if you have an active booking. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
